A long time has passed since i last posted. School's been busy, with new subjects to work on. I'm still not regretting environmental studies. Ms Ortiz is really great, and managed to help the weaker students, if i'm considered as one, to embark on the marine studies assignment.

I went out with Rebe, Dallia and Ennen today. We had decided to visit our favourite chill-out place, the reclaimed fashionista shopping district- Gweqer Drive. Of course, you can't set foot on this place, looking like a fish out of water. It is, of course, in all sorts of common sense, that we dressed up big time for it.

Thus, we had planned a meet-up at Ennen's terrace, where we were to choose our outfits together. Everything went perfectly. Rebe wore a V-neck electric blue sheer butterfly top, covering her intimates with a cute yellow tube, pairing it off with a faded denim miniskirt. Dallia, being all floral and pretty pink, was in an adorable baby pink smocked dress and silver heels. Ennen, extravagant yet elegant, had on her a shiny black tanktop and acid washed denim jeans. Me, i wore, i hope something simple yet chic, a checkered button-up shirt and a battered tie with black jeggings.

Gweqer Drive did not disappoint us. I love how the place just keeps getting better, everytime we return back, there are always new additions. This time, it was two new shops, BernaNY and Shirtiepie. BernaNY would be the perfect prom shopping outlet. In store, it houses as many as twenty six racks of different and unique dresses, all ready to set you off for prom. Everything is organised in colour and length, like how most girls would adore. A view across, you catch yourself looking at an array of vibrant and lively colours, ranging from the purest white to the most sophisticated black. Whatever you need or want, you can practically get it there. It also has a co-outlet, BernaNYaccessories. Though just a small counter at the corner of the shop, its embarks you on the most exciting jewellery fantasy. The fun doesn't end here. Most of the dresses are ranged from $120 to $250. Dallia bought a hot pink toga dress, with a big sash ribbon planted on the waist. $190 checked.

Shirtiepie, oh shirtiepie, what a cutiepie you are. Yes, that describes the store, Shirtiepie has with her the most cute and adorable shirts a girl could ever dream of. Soft pastel colours, shirts with giraffes, panda, elephants and other animals drawn incredibily on each individual pc. It was no wonder that all of us checked out with no less than 3 shirts in hand.

I heart heart heart today ;)

The weather's getting warmer. Global warming or season change? Whatever it is, it's time to keep away my faithful pink winter boots, which accompanied me through winter. School proved changes too, we have a new environmental studies teacher, Ms Ortiz. Old Lenak is gone, thank goodnesss. Can i just say that everything about Ms Ortiz screams cool? Showing up in an ankle-long summer orange dress, in addition to a half-sleeved biker jacket, and topping it off with long ebony chains, she is just the source of admiration. Unsurprisingly, funny and witty, she seems more like a buddy than the eternally-hated environmental studies teacher. We all love her ;) The lesson was spent mostly based on herself and her involvement in environmental issues, and also sharing our scheme of work this year.

It is fairly interesting, if you have a cool teacher ;) We will be majoring in marine life studies and some current affairs topics. Rebe and i are quite excited for marine life studies, as it is promised by Ms Ortiz that we would be experiencing scuba-diving with the class ;) Perfect!

I heard from Dallia that another play is coming up, this time- magic and fantasies. Sounds good to me, i will definitely be looking forward to it ;)
